Type of data processed

User account information: for the use of the platform it is mandatory that the user provides name, surname and a valid email address, where a verification code necessary for the validation of the account will be sent. All the data requested are mandatory and failure to provide them may make it impossible to use it.

You must be at least 14 years old to use the App.

Access to device data: authorization to access the device is required for the use of the microphone and multimedia files within it, solely and exclusively to improve the experience of use and operation of the App service. Under no circumstances are these accesses mandatory and can be disabled by the user at any time directly from the settings of their device.

The user is responsible for the personal data and/or third parties obtained, shared and/or published through this App.

Recipient category: users who have bought or want to buy goods and / or services from the data controller.

Purpose of the processing and use of the App: management through the App of technical support and sale for goods and / or services purchased by the data controller. Any other use of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Methods of data processing

The owner, the manager and the sub-processors shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of data. In addition to the owner, the manager and the sub-managers, they may have access to the data in charge and / or external subjects in case of disputes or technical assistance for improvement and / or maintenance of the platform. The updated list of these subjects may be requested at any time from the Data Controller, at the following email address: customercare@saidtext.support

Legal basis on which the data processing is based

The provision of data is necessary to satisfy the legitimate interest of the user in the requests that will be made to the owner based on the purposes described above.

Period and place of storage of the processed data

The data are processed by the owner through secure access to the web platform managed by the external data processor.

The web connection by the owner to this platform is encrypted via SSL protocol with password schedule.

Chat data is managed and stored by the data processor, Stream.IO Inc., at their storage and processing service in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) data center in Frankfurt with daily backups.

User registration data, text transcripts via Amazon Transcribe service and audio/video files uploaded to the App are stored on the Amazon S3 platform located in the data center in Frankfurt (Germany) managed by the external data processor.

Personal data will be processed and stored for the time required by the purpose for which they were collected and no later than 10 years from the date of the last request for assistance from the user. After this period, the account with the related personal data and requests for assistance made (including audio, video, images and chat files), will be deleted from the servers of the external data processor.

The owner may be obliged to keep personal data for a longer period if it is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation or by order of an authority.

If user data is transferred to a recipient in a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection of personal data, the Data Controller and / or the external manager and / or sub-processors to process the data, will take measures to ensure that these are adequately protected, such as entering into standard contractual clauses (Article 46 of EU Regulation 2016/679) with these recipients.

The type of treatment is not automated.

Your rights

The user has the right to obtain confirmation that personal data (Article 15 of EU Regulation 2016/679) concerning him is being processed and in this case he has the right to obtain:

Access to personal data processed, in particular: the purposes of the processing, the categories of data collected, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, the expected retention period, the existence of an automated decision-making process (eg profiling) and the adequate guarantees provided by the country in the EU or outside the EU for the protection of any data transferred
Rectification and integration of data within a reasonable time
Copy of personal data being processed, provided that this right does not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. In case of further copies requested by the interested party, the Data Controller may charge a reasonable fee based on the administrative costs incurred.

The user can independently delete his data by going to the App and, in the settings of his profile, selecting "Delete Account" or by sending an email to the data controller at the following email address: customercare@saidtext.support

The user is responsible for the method, costs and taxes for the internet connection necessary to use the App service.
